Our Audio/Visual team were thrilled to operate the production for Sydney’s award-winning Flavours of Blacktown Festival 2024. Providing a full scale production for this celebration of cultures, Time of Our Lives managed all 3 stages and arranged outdoor Sound, Staging, Lighting hire and Audio engineering services. 

Situated at Blacktown City 

Council’s Nurrangingy Reserve in Sydney’s West, Doonside, outdoor Sound hire was required on a large scale to cater to over 5,000 attendees. Utilising a superior Line-Array Sound reinforcement system in the RCF HDL-6A and RCF Sub 8008-AS for Front-of-House, those in attendance were treated to crystal clear audio across the entire space.

Being one of Australia’s most culturally diverse communities, particularly in Sydney, our Staging hire was required to elevate the myriad of performances. This was a pleasant change from our usual Stage hire used for Bridal Tables, Fashion shows and Corporate presentations. The live acts were steady on Stage with ample room to do what they do best.

Being a night-event spanning across 2-days, Lighting hire was essential to not only highlighting the performers, but also adding flare and finesse to their performances. Having an on-site Lighting technician on site for each performance, we were able to program the Lighting in real-time to compliment the intricate details for each act.
